JOB OBJECTIVE:
National association seeks an Audio/Web Conference Planner.

MAJOR DUTIES:
Plan and coordinate audio and web conferences for two associations
Communicate with leaders in industry to solicit pertinent educational topics
Communicate with leaders in industry to solicit speaker recommendations
Draft marketing material to promote program
Research and select audio and web-based conference provider
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Outstanding communication skills
Verbal and written communication skills
The ability to prioritize duties
Maintain schedules
Work within a fast-paced environment
Multitask with accuracy
HOURS: 9 AM – 6 PM
